The Canada-wide Action Plan on Zero Plastic Waste Phase 1 is the action plan to support the implementation of the Canada-wide Strategy on Zero Plastic Waste, and focuses on the lifecycle of plastics including product design, single-use plastics, collection systems, recycling capacity, as well as domestic markets to ensure recovery and reintegrate plastics into production. Six Priority Actions were identified as part of the action plan.
