Finland’s circular economy road map describes the actions that can accelerate the transfer to a competitive circular economy. It highlights best practices and pilots that can be easily replicated and provide added value on a national scale. The Finnish government aims to make Finland a global leader in the circular economy by 2025. Finland will seek a pioneering role by focusing on five interlinked focus areas divided into three levels: policy actions, key projects, and pilots.
