Seeking to endorse “Integrating Circular Economy Criteria into City Procurements”, the City of Richmond aims to incorporate more circular economy principles into its operations. The report is a response to the council referral and recommends three activities to support the integration of circular economy elements into city policy which includes establishing a well-defined framework, an interdepartmental engagement program, as well as external stakeholder engagement.
