ProRail is a Dutch government organization that manages the national railway network infrastructure, and initiated
pilots to explore the circular procurement of flooring and furniture. As part of the circular procurement process, purchasers and suppliers were challenged to consider a new business model based on the value and retention of raw materials throughout the entire supply chain.
